PRIVACY & TERMS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Radical Cup website ("the Website"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Website.
1. Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Radical Motorsport Ltd and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
3. Limitation of Liability
Radical Motorsport Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
PRIVACY POLICY
Radical Motorsport Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:
- Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site.
- Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Process your registration for events and races.
- Email you regarding your account or order.
- Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions performed related to the Site.
COOKIE POLICY
This Site uses only the minimum cookies and on-device storage needed to make it work. We do not use tracking, advertising, marketing or third-party analytics cookies, we do not build advertising profiles of our visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor data with advertisers.
1. What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device when you visit, typically containing information about the website itself, a unique identifier that allows the site to recognize your web browser when you return, additional data that serves the purpose of the cookie, and the lifespan of the cookie itself.
2. Cookies We Use
Only strictly necessary storage is used, and only where it is genuinely needed:
- Sign-in: When an administrator signs in, a small session record is kept on the device so they stay signed in between pages instead of requesting a new magic link every time they click.
- Security: Lightweight safeguards that protect the sign-in process from abuse, such as limiting repeated magic-link requests from the same browser.
3. Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not set advertising, retargeting, profiling or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not run a consent-tracking or analytics beacon. Video content on the Site is shown as a thumbnail that links straight out to YouTube rather than an embedded player, so browsing our pages does not place YouTube or other third-party tracking cookies on your device. Reading the Site as an anonymous visitor requires no cookies at all.
4. Other Third-Party Resources
We load the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts, and our images are served from a content delivery network. These requests do not set cookies on your device, but the standard technical details of the request (including your IP address) are necessarily visible to those providers while the page loads.
5. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Because only essential storage is used, doing so does not limit anything you can read on the Site; it will simply sign you out of the admin area if you happen to be signed in there.
PAYMENT TERMS
These Payment Terms apply to all transactions made through the Radical Cup website.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit card and other methods as indicated on the checkout page. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies for race entries, tickets, or merchandise are specific to each item or event. Please refer to the specific event regulations or product description for detailed cancellation terms. Generally, race entry fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event start date unless otherwise stated.
3. Currency
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise noted. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
